ESL TEACHER

1. TEACHING EXCELLENCE

• Inspire & Educate: Deliver dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons tailored to students' learning needs and abilities.
• Maintain Professionalism: Maintain punctuality and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding working schedules, lateness, absences, and holiday requests.
• Track Student Progress: Submit accurate and timely teaching reports and relevant academic updates to the management team.

2. ACADEMIC SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION

• Conduct Assessments: Conduct oral placement tests to accurately assess incoming students' English proficiency and determine appropriate class placement.
• Lesson Preparation: Develop engaging lesson plans and prepare appropriate teaching materials to support effective learning.
• Student Evaluation: Assess and grade students' performance and provide constructive feedback and progress reports.
• Team Collaboration: Provide teaching support and cover classes for absent teachers when required.
• Community Engagement: Participate in parent/client meetings, teacher training sessions, school events, and other academic activities to contribute to a strong and collaborative educational community.

3. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Full-Time Teachers

• Schedule: Assigned based on school and teaching requirements.
• Base Salary: Up to 40,000,000 VND/month.

Part-Time Teachers

• Schedule: Assigned based on school and teaching requirements.
• Base Salary: From 500,000 VND/hour (Gross).

Additional Allowances & Bonuses

Applicable to both full-time and part-time teachers:

• Contract Completion Bonus: 1,000,000 VND for every full calendar month worked, payable at the end of the contract.
  • A minimum of 3 consecutive months of employment is required to qualify.
• Travel Allowance: 12,000 VND/km for travel distances exceeding a 10 km radius from the teacher's designated base location.
