University English Teacher

Well-established University is looking for a full-time English Teacher for its campus in Chongqing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026.

Job Description

• Teach oral English to university students (18 – 22 years old), focusing on speaking, language skills, literature, and effective communication
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments        
• Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Any other related duties assigned by the school
• Up to 15 hours a week - the schedule for Monday to Friday includes 16 to 20 teaching periods, with each period lasting 45 minutes.

• Bachelor’s Degree, or above
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate
• 2 years of previous teaching experience

• Monthly salary of 12,000 to 14,000 RMB
