Position Overview
The Kindergarten English Teacher delivers lessons from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,
Monday through Friday. This role involves developing lesson plans, maintaining
observation records, and facilitating parent communication. Teachers work
collaboratively with supervisors on curriculum direction and participate in
school events, open houses, and marketing activities to support the
kindergarten community.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure punctual arrival each day for class preparation and maintain
responsibility for student safety and educational progress
• Develop and maintain lesson plans and individual student observation records,
submitting them in a timely manner to quality standards
• Facilitate parent conferences, meetings, and communication in accordance with
kindergarten policies
• Alert supervisors to students with special difficulties and address parental
concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with supervisors on curriculum direction and substitute for
unforeseen teacher absences as needed
• Deliver classes following the kindergarten schedule for students of diverse
abilities
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality for each student
• Attend and actively participate in kindergarten events, parent functions, and
promotional activities
• Advocate for and embody the kindergarten mission, purposes, objectives, and
policies in all parent communications
• Organize and attend meetings, open houses, camping trips, and marketing
activities coordinated by the kindergarten
Requirements
• Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree or above
• International kindergarten background is preferred
• Strong English expression skills, lively lecture style, and broad knowledge
base

• Salary: RMB 18,000 – 25,000/month (based on experience and
qualifications, includes base salary, teaching salary, and housing allowance)
