Position Overview
The English Teacher delivers engaging classes to students aged 3 to 12,
develops creative lesson plans, and communicates with parents regarding student
progress. This role involves assisting with corporate events and activities
while working collaboratively with the teaching team. Teachers report to the
academic coordinator and contribute to a positive school culture.
Working Hours
• Days: 5 working days per week (2 days off to be discussed during interview)
• Time schedule: Standard daytime hours (specific schedule discussed during
interview)
• Break details: Standard lunch break and planning periods included
Class Structure
• Class size: Standard class sizes for personalized attention
• Details: Students aged 3 to 12, grouped by age and proficiency level
• Teaching team per class:
o Lead English Teacher
o Teaching Assistant
o Support Staff
Key Responsibilities
• Teach English classes to students aged 3 to 12 with engaging and interactive
lessons
• Create ideas and implement those ideas in lesson plans effectively
• Assist in communicating with parents regarding student progress and
development
• Assist in organizing and supporting corporate events and activities
• Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
Requirements
Requirements
• Native English speaker from USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New
Zealand, UK, or Ireland preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2 years of relevant teaching experience in young children teaching and Early
Childhood Development knowledge
• Sincere love of children and passion for teaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, self-motivated, and strong classroom
handling skills
• Eligible for legal work visa in China
