English ESL Teacher

We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Beijing. This position is available with an immediate start or in August 2026.

Job details

• Teach English Literature, General English and English Reading to students 
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 1 years of related teaching experience
• A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
• Excellent English communicative skills

• Monthly salary of 18,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 8,000 annually
