English EFL Teacher

We are looking for an English EFL Teacher for an international school based in Hangzhou. This position is available for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year, with an immediate start.

Job responsibilities

• Teach English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to secondary school students following the IGCSE curriculum, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Prepare lessons and lectures, develop effective teaching techniques, design and mark assessments, and write report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments conducive to effective learning

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred
• Solid academic foundation, particularly in a relevant field
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a Dual Language Immersion setting

• Monthly salary starting from 22,000 RMB and above commensurate with experience and qualifications
