Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons using the Centre's curriculum and methodology.
• Teach 100% in English and encourage active student participation.
• Prepare lessons and teaching materials before class.
• Monitor student progress and complete required assessments and reports.
• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student safety.
• Record attendance and complete teaching documentation on time.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow the Centre's policies and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker (from an English-speaking country).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passionate about teaching young learners. Our students are primarily Kindergarten and Primary School children, with only a small number of older learners.
• Previous experience teaching young learners is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid Work Permit in Vietnam.
• Willing to commit to a minimum one-year employment contract.

Working Hours:

• Part-time based on the assigned teaching schedule (12–18 hours/week).
• Must be available on weekday evenings and weekends.
